Product Description
One of the nine flags flown over Nacogdoches. Many assumed that Texas was included as part of the Louisiana Purchase. Because of this, in 1819, Dr. James Long of Natchez, Mississippi led an expedition to claim Texas for the United States. Long made his headquarters at the Old Stone Fort, but his group was wiped out while he was on Galveston Island. A second attempt also failed. This flag is appliqued on our Nylon material in a 3' x 5' size.
