ENGINEERING: Engineering can make possible changes to the price of the flagpole. All Mega Flagpoles are engineered to meet
ANSI/NAAMM FP-1001-97 Guide Specifications for Design Loads of Metal Flagpoles. Based on information provided by the customer,
we can provide engineering as well as budgetary cost information for any custom flagpole and or flagpole foundation at an additional cost.
FLAGPOLE CONSTRUCTION: Each flagpole is constructed of A-36 Carbon Steel, which offers a 36,000 PSI Yield Point. Each
section is joined utilizing Seamless Steel Concentric Reducers, which provides a uniform taper-like appearance. In addition to
matching touch-up paint, each flagpole will come with a standard size corrugated steel foundation sleeve with a steel base plate and
lightning spike arrestor.
HARDWARE: Each flagpole will come with an Internal Stainless Steel Winch System, which includes the following:
- Heavy Duty Internal Halyard Truck/Ball Assembly with Stainless Steel Spindle, Stainless Steel Aircraft Cable, Locking Stainless Steel Internal
- Winch w/ Handle, Beaded Retainer Rings, Counterweight, Stainless Steel Snap Hooks, Q-Links, and Flag Arrangement
For flagpoles 130’ and above our ALL-NEW Electric Flagpole Winch is available.
For flagpoles 160’ and above our Electric Winch comes standard and is included in the price listed above.
PAINT: Monster Flagpoles™ are first sandblasted to prepare the surface of the flagpole to receive primer. Then they are coated with
a high performance, chemically cured, epoxy semi-gloss primer. Finally, the finish is completed with a two-part, Macropoxy and
Catalyst, which is specifically designed for maximum gloss & color retention.
Warranty: There is a 1-year limited warranty from the manufacturer on shaft only (contact us for warranty info).
