Once you've found the perfect flag, flagpole or accessory inside our vast inventory, it's time to have it shipped. Eagle Mountain Flag & Flagpole offers free economy shipping on orders of $50 or more (with some restrictions). Free shipping is available to the contiguous 48 states and we reserve the right to deny free shipping for any reason. The typical delivery time is 3 to 10 business days. Expedited shipping options are available, though additional charges may apply. Please note, due to high shipping volumes with USPS, First Class Mail packages are not being scanned throughout the transit time and may be delayed compared to Priority Mail and other shipping methods.
Most in-stock items ship the same business day if the order is placed before 3 p.m. CST. Any orders received after 2pm CST on Friday and over the weekends will be shipped out the following Monday if in stock. Purchases eligible for free economy shipping will usually ship within 2 business days if the order is placed before 2 p.m. EST. The deadline for expedited shipping of in-stock items is 2 p.m. CST. Shipping charges are based on the size and weight of your order and the method of delivery.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Free Economy Shipping DOES NOT apply to commercial flagpoles, wholesale orders, customized products, residential in-ground flag poles, telescoping flag poles, galvanized ground sleeves or orders that must be shipped by freight due to quantity/size of items.

Purchase orders are not eligible for free shipping.
Orders shipping to APOs, PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, or any US Territory DO NOT qualify for free shipping.
We also offer expedited shipping services including 3 Day, 2 Day and Next Day Air (delivery rates apply).
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Custom Made flags and cut-to-length items like halyard and wire are non-returnable. It is the customer's responsibility to verify all proofs for custom flags and length needed for cut-to-length items.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
