The sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on January 14, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on June 9, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Eligible entries received on or before each drawing date listed below will be included in that drawing and all subsequent drawings, if any, held during the Promotion Period. Non-winning entries will roll over into subsequent drawings.

Three (3) random drawings are scheduled to be conducted on or about March 11, 2026, May 13, 2026, and June 10, 2026, from among all eligible entries received by the applicable drawing date. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received by each drawing date.

Each prize consists of: one (1) set of two hundred fifty (250) U.S. stick flags; one (1) set of two hundred fifty (250) Limited Edition 250th Anniversary U.S. stick flags; and display stands for both sets. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize: $1,519 plus $50.00 shipping. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any advertised prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use are the sole responsibility of each winner.

Potential winners will be notified by email at the email address provided at the time of entry and must respond with valid shipping address information in order to claim the prize. If a potential winner does not respond, is found to be ineligible, or fails to complete the prize-claim process within thirty (30) days of the initial notification, Eagle Mountain Flag and Flagpole (“Sponsor”) reserves the right to revoke the prize and select an alternate winner for that drawing from among remaining eligible entries.

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this sweepstakes, and to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising out of participation or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Except where prohibited by law, entry and/or acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, city and state of residence, and likeness for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes without additional compensation or notice.

This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to this promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
