Concord American Flagpole’s Ball Truck designs combine the function of the truck assembly with the ornamental features of a ball finial. With superior aesthetics and unmatched durability, these heavy-duty designs offer Architects, Specifiers and Project Owners a unique and durable truck assembly option. 

Mounting

• Cap Style - Trucks install over the top of the flagpole and are attached with anchoring set screws or bolts.
• Cast Aluminum Body with Gold Powder Coat & Satin Finish Options
• Nylon Pulley on Stainless Steel Axle
• Recommended Halyard Diameter – 5/16"
• Attached with (1) Stainless Steel Set Screw
• Spindle - Trucks incorporate a threaded spindle which is installed into a female fitting welded into the top of the flagpole.
• Cast Aluminum Body.
• Aluminum Pulley on Stainless Steel Axle
• SEALED Upper and Lower Stainless Steel Ball Bearing Assemblies
• 1-1/4" NPT Spindle
• 1/2”-13”NC Top Drilling
• Recommended Halyard Diameter – 5/16" 

Design 

• Stationary - A pulley assembly that mounts to the top of the flagpole with set screws. This system is more economical and requires less maintenance than revolving styles.Revolving Trucks rotate the flag with the wind.
• Revolving - Revolving truck assemblies mount to the top of the flagpole includes bearings that allow it to turn with the wind. They are available in both Single designs, which have a pulley on one side, and Double Designs, which utilize two pulleys. Single revolving is the Industry Standard.
